Effective, Monday, April 4, 2022, Meridian’s common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

Meridian’s annual meeting is typically held in June, as determined by the Board of Directors. In advance of Meridian’s annual meeting, the Company sends a proxy and a notice to shareholders that the related meeting materials and Meridian’s annual financial statements are available for viewing and printing under Meridian’s profile at www.sedar.com.

Meridian’s common shares can be purchased through any licensed brokerage firm or financial institution. Meridian does not have a direct share purchase plan.
