Mr. Belo has over 30 years’ experience in the Brazilian mining industry. Vitor has managed extensive mining operations, and has led the engineering & construction of multiple beneficiation plants. He has worked for companies such as Rio Tinto, Kinross and Yamana, Novo, Carpathian Gold and Brio Gold. Vitor holds a bachelor of mechanical engineering from the Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, a postgraduate degree in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and project management courses from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Ibmec.
